A switch is mounted directly on the light: it is switched on and off by hand, without using a wall switch.

The shade is not closed: it is a structure of spaced bars that lets light pass between them. The bulb remains visible and the cage casts a pattern of shadows onto the wall and ceiling that follows its uprights. The body of the light is made of iron, the arm of wood. The lampholder is E27 and the bulb is not included: with an open shade, a frosted bulb reduces direct glare, while a bulb with a visible filament accentuates the outline of the shadows.

Materials: black iron and wood

Shade: open wire cage

Control: switch built into the light

Fitting: E27, replaceable bulb

Bulb: not included

Installation: wall-mounted

Power supply: mains, 220 V, alternating current

Dimming: not compatible

Warranty: 2 years

Installation: wall-mounted via the round backplate, on an existing wire outlet.
