Shipping policy

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are prepared and dispatched by us, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Dispatch time: 24 to 48 working hours.

Maison Alméa delivers to the United Kingdom. Orders are shipped to you from outside the United Kingdom.

Delivery then takes 6 to 8 working days, i.e. 7 to 10 working days in total from order confirmation.

For every order placed, you receive a confirmation email, then a second dispatch email containing your tracking number.

The choice of carrier may vary depending on the weight, quantity, product availability and basket value.

FREE DELIVERY TO THE UNITED KINGDOM

Delivery is free, with no minimum order, for all orders delivered within the United Kingdom. Your parcel is tracked: a tracking number lets you locate it at any time.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include all taxes and customs duties: you have nothing to pay on delivery.

RETURNS

Returns within 90 days of receipt. Return costs: paid by Maison Alméa (free returns for you). Full terms and conditions are set out in our refund policy.
