Refund policy

RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have a statutory 14-day right to cancel your order. As a commercial gesture, Maison Alméa extends this period to 90 days from receipt of your parcel to request a return or exchange, without having to give any reason. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For the return to be accepted:

• The item must be returned in its original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions).
• The product must be in new condition so that it can be resold.
• The purchase invoice must be enclosed with the parcel.

Return costs are paid by Maison Alméa: the return is free for you, provided the 90-day period is respected.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged parcel or a faulty item, you can request an exchange or a refund. Contact us by email at contact@maisonalmea.uk, attaching photos of the problem to help us process your request.

RETURN PROCEDURE

For any request, write to us at contact@maisonalmea.uk. Once your request has been approved, the products must be sent back to the following address:

REFUND

Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be made to your original payment method. The processing time is 14 days depending on your bank.
