Returns and refund policy
RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have a statutory 14-day right to cancel your order. As a commercial gesture, Maison Alméa extends this period to 90 days from receipt of your parcel to request a return or exchange, without having to give a reason.
For the return to be accepted:
- The item must be returned in its original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions).
- The product must be in new condition so that it can be resold.
- The purchase invoice must be included in the parcel.
RETURN COSTS
Return costs: paid by Maison Alméa (free returns for you).
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged parcel or a faulty item, you can request an exchange or a refund. Contact us by email at contact@maisonalmea.uk, attaching photos of the problem to speed up processing.
RETURN PROCEDURE
For any request, write to us at contact@maisonalmea.uk. Once your request has been approved, the products must be sent back to the following address:

REFUND
Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund is made to your original payment method. The processing time is 14 days, depending on your bank.

Regardless of this right to cancel, you keep your statutory rights: the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
